America elected the youngest woman ever to serve in Congress - and she's pro-life.
Elected to New York's 21st congressional district, 30-year-old Republican Elise Stefanik had been a major favorite of pro-lifers throughout her campaign process, receiving endorsements from such notable pro-life organizations such as the Susan B. Anthony List.
“The Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund is proud to endorse such a principled and articulate pro-life leader in Elise Stefanik. We look forward to seeing Elise succeed in this historically pro-life district so that she may serve as a voice for women, unborn children, and pro-life taxpayers in Washington,” said SBA List Candidate Fund President Marjorie Dannenfelser. “Her energy, experience, and passion for promoting the dignity of each human life will make Elise an excellent addition to the House Pro-life Women’s Caucus.”
In response to the Susan B. Anthony list endorsement, Stefanik said, "I’m proud to have the endorsement of the Susan B. Anthony List. As the only pro-life candidate in this race to also be endorsed by the GOP county committees, I will continue to be a strong advocate for women, and to fight for those who do not yet have a voice."
Having graduated from Harvard, Stefanik already has a plethora of credentials to boast of. In 2012, she served as Policy Director of the Republican National Committee Platform and as director of Vice-Presidential Debate Prep to Congressman Paul Ryan when Democrats pushed the "War On Women" campaign.
