Metro plans to keep travelers safe, informed following grand jury announcement
FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, Ill. (KMOV.com) – Metro is putting plans in place to make sure life for people in the area can, and will, still move forward following the grand jury announcement.
“Safety is always our primary consideration,” Metro officials said in a press release. “Our public safety team is working closely with law enforcement regarding the safety of the traveling public, and we are increasing security and surveillance activities.”
Metro says they will post any service changes, delays or reroutes on their St. Louis Metro Facebook page and @STLMetro on twitter.
