With the opening of the second enrollment window for Obamacare, public opinion for the law has sunk to a "new numerical low." According to Gallup's survey released Monday, approval has dropped to a new low of 37%, while disapproval rose to 56%.
While Gallup says repeal seems unlikely, “The law’s new low in approval — and new high in disapproval (56%) — could potentially have an impact on its future."
Gallup's findings are no surprise. Last week the administration revealed that many Obamacare customers will see their premiums increase in 2015, while more and more studies have confirmed that Obamacare has pushed costs up for many non-Obamacare plans, particularly non-group plans, which rose by 24.4% compared to what they would have cost without the Affordable Care Act.
